1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Glitch Gaming (the "Service"), a rewards and entertainment platform operated by Glitch Gaming. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or participating in any activity offered through the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time as set out in Section 16.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use the Service in your country or state, whichever is higher.
• You may maintain only one account per person. Accounts created by automated means, or multiple accounts for the same person, are prohibited.
• You must not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by law, or if you are listed on any applicable sanctions list.
• By using the Service you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, and that you use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Accounts & Security

Sign-in is available only through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You may not share your account or use another person's account. Each account may be linked to a maximum of 6 devices, and a single device may host no more than 3 accounts; we may unlink devices or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account has been misused. We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Virtual Points and Coins

Points ("PTS"), GGC, Bonus GGC, and GGC Mini are virtual rewards used only within the Service. They have no monetary value, are not currency, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly described in these Terms. All virtual rewards and internal exchange rates may be changed, suspended, voided, or forfeited at our discretion, including when these Terms are violated.

• GGC is earned through activities such as tasks, offers, surveys, and check-ins, and may be redeemed for the reward options listed in the Service.
• Bonus GGC is granted alongside certain rewards (such as sign-up bonuses, daily check-ins, referral rewards, and level-up bonuses), is not withdrawable, and may only be converted into GGC Mini at the internal rate displayed in the Service (currently 1 Bonus GGC = 100 GGC Mini).
• GGC Mini is a bonus balance used solely to play entertainment games and to enter lucky draws, and to exchange items in the GGC Mini Marketplace within the Service. GGC Mini cannot be converted to cash and cannot be withdrawn.

5. No Real-Money Gambling

The Service is an entertainment platform and is not a gambling, betting, or prize-draw-for-cash service. This is an important condition of these Terms:

• Games and lucky draws are played with GGC Mini, a bonus balance with no cash value. Withdrawable GGC cannot be wagered.
• No purchase is required to obtain GGC Mini. GGC Mini is a promotional balance and cannot be bought, sold, or converted into money.
• Playing games or entering draws does not constitute participation in a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling game, and winnings are awarded only as virtual rewards within the Service.
• Game outcomes are determined by a server-seeded random generator and are final.
• You acknowledge that the Service offers no opportunity to win real money through games or draws. Any taxes or fees relating to rewards are your responsibility.

6. Earning Rewards

• Tasks, surveys, games, check-ins, and offer wall rewards are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or removed at any time.
• Rewards from third-party partners (such as BitLabs offers) are credited only after the partner confirms completion, and credit may take time or be withheld at the partner's discretion.
• Referral bonuses are earned only when the invited qualifying person meets the requirements described in the Service (for example, completing the required task, check-in, game, and points threshold).
• Rewards may be revoked if the underlying activity is later found to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or reversed by a partner.
• We do not reward users for viewing or clicking on advertisement content. Advertisement content displayed in the Service is provided for information and is not part of any earning activity.

7. Games, Lucky Draws and Global Impact

• Playing games or entering lucky draws requires GGC Mini and does not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes are determined by a server-seeded random generator, are final, and cannot be appealed.
• Lucky draws — including jackpot pool draws — are operated in accordance with the rules shown for each draw, including entry cost, total pool, winner selection, and expiry. If a draw is not fully subscribed, winnings may be refunded or adjusted as described for that draw.
• We may delay, refuse, or void any reward, win, or draw outcome where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a technical error, and we may rectify erroneous credits at any time.
• Global Impact: We operate a "Play to Earn, Play to Give" program under which a share of platform revenue is donated to verified NGOs and foundations supporting environmental protection, education for girls, care for the homeless and elderly, and rural development (schools, drinking water, electricity). Donations are made by us from platform revenue and user participation does not change individual rewards. Published impact figures are estimates and may be updated.

8. Redemptions

Points (GGC) may be redeemed only for the reward options listed in the Service and only once you meet the applicable minimums and are otherwise eligible. Redemptions may require identity or payment verification and may be delayed or refused where fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected. Rewards are provided by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies. Redemption processing times may vary.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Content

• The Service may display advertisements served by us or by third-party advertising networks and their partners (such as Google AdSense/AdMob and other certified networks). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of advertisers.
• You must not artificially generate ad impressions, clicks, installs, or other engagement — including through bots, automated scripts, emulators, click farms, or by encouraging others to do so.
• You must not circumvent ad-serving, ad blocking, or fraud-detection systems, or use tools that interfere with the correct display or measurement of advertisements.
• Engaging in ad fraud may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure, in addition to any legal remedies available to us or our partners.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Create multiple accounts, use automated or fake accounts, or exploit bugs, glitches, or errors.
• Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, or scripts to falsify activity, location, device identity, or ad engagement.
• Engage in self-referral, incentivized or fake referrals, or otherwise inflate referral or other rewards.
• Interfere with the Service, attempt to breach its security, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Send spam, abusive, harassing, threatening, infringing, or illegal content through Customer Support chat or any other channel.
• Sell, lend, or otherwise transfer accounts, virtual balances, or rewards.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Violation of any of the above may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any rewards will be available, earned, or paid.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glitch Gaming and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual rewards, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the value of virtual rewards you have earned during the three (3) months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the local equivalent.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glitch Gaming and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for our operational, compliance, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your virtual balances may be forfeited. Sections which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13) will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms, the Service, or any reward offering at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Service.
