Glitch Gaming

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Glitch Gaming ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our rewards platform (the "Service"), available at glitchgaming-4cn.pages.dev, including through our mobile web application, games, and related features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email address, name, and profile picture. Use of this information complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its "Limited Use" requirements.
  • Device and technical information: A device identifier and technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, screen size, IP address, language, and approximate location. We use device fingerprinting technology (FingerprintJS) to detect fraud and prevent abuse. Each account may be linked to up to 6 devices, and a single device may host no more than 3 accounts.
  • Advertising identifiers: Where available, we and our advertising partners may collect advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA on mobile devices), which are used for ad measurement, frequency capping, and personalized advertising where your consent has been obtained.
  • Activity information: Your points, GGC, Bonus GGC and GGC Mini balances, tasks completed, game activity and outcomes, lucky draw entries (including pool/jackpot draws), Mini Market exchanges, bonus conversions, check-ins, referrals, redemptions, support messages, and transaction history.
  • Offer wall activity: When you interact with our partner offer wall (BitLabs), we share a non-identifying account reference so rewards can be credited to you. BitLabs may collect information about your device and your interactions with its offers and partners, governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Support correspondence: If you contact us through in-app Customer Support chat or by email, we keep a record of the conversation.
  • Aggregated statistics: We publish anonymous, aggregated totals (such as total games played and estimated donations) for our Global Impact tracker. Aggregated data does not identify you.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The Service displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks and their partners (including, but not limited to, Google AdSense and Google AdMob, and other certified networks). Ad networks may collect and use information to understand your interactions with ads:

  • What is collected: advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, and information about ads shown, viewed, and clicked. This happens through cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies.
  • Personalized advertising: Ad networks and their partners may use this information to build a profile of your interests and to show you ads that are more relevant to you. Personalized ads are served only where lawful consent has been obtained (for example, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) or where permitted by applicable law.
  • How to opt out of personalized advertising (web): You can opt out of Google's personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out through industry self-regulatory programs such as aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
  • How to opt out (mobile): On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking by resetting or disabling your advertising identifier in your device settings (for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android, or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).
  • Analytics: We and our partners use analytics services to understand how the Service is used and to measure advertising effectiveness. These services process aggregated and device-level data as described above.
  • Children: The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly display personalized advertising to children, and where required by law (including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) we do not collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you via Google Sign-In.
  • To award, track, and display your points, GGC, Bonus GGC, GGC Mini, and rewards.
  • To operate tasks, games, lucky draws, referrals, conversions, and redemptions you choose to use.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, ad fraud, and automated misuse.
  • To serve and measure advertisements, including frequency capping and (with consent where required) personalized ads.
  • To improve the Service, respond to support requests, and communicate important updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information based on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: where you have given it — for example, for personalized advertising and for optional marketing.
  • Contract performance: where processing is necessary to provide the Service to you.
  • Legitimate interests: operating and securing the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, and measuring advertising effectiveness.
  • Legal obligation: where processing is required by applicable law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. How We Share Information

  • Google: authentication services for Sign-In with Google. Under Google's Limited Use requirements, access to your Google account data is limited to the purpose of the Service and is never sold for advertising.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery for the Service.
  • MongoDB: database and infrastructure hosting for storing your account data.
  • BitLabs: offer wall provider. We share a non-identifying account reference to credit rewards; their use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
  • Advertising partners: ad networks and their technology vendors may receive technical data (device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data) to serve and measure advertisements, as described in Section 3.
  • Reward/redemption providers: we share the minimum necessary information with fulfillment partners to deliver the rewards you redeem.
  • Service providers and analytics: trusted vendors who help us operate, secure, and improve the Service under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or government request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of our users.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade, rent, or sell personal data in exchange for money. Advertising partners may use device and usage data to serve and measure ads as described above, consistent with applicable law.

7. "Do Not Sell or Share" (California and other jurisdictions)

Users in California (and, where applicable, other jurisdictions) have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined by applicable law. The Service does not sell personal information, but we and advertising partners may share certain data for advertising purposes. To exercise your opt-out rights, or to ask about our data practices, contact us at 360techhunts@gmail.com. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (a security token) and to remember your preferences (such as theme). We and our advertising and analytics partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of interest-based advertising using the options in Section 3. Third-party services we use (Google, BitLabs, ad networks) may set their own cookies in accordance with their own policies.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data unless we are required to retain it by law (for example, for tax, anti-fraud, or audit purposes). Records that cannot be deleted immediately (such as certain fraud-prevention and financial records) will be retained only as long as required and in a restricted manner.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secret-key-signed partner callbacks, access controls, and fraud-detection systems. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at 360techhunts@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete the information as required by law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence (including in the United States and India). Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

13. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing for advertising.
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, or to request account deletion, contact us at 360techhunts@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within 30 days). We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
